At Custom Desk Creations, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. By purchasing from our store, you agree to our policies and processing terms. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined below.
✅ Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements for verified product issues, including:
✔️ Defective or damaged items
✔️ Missing parts
✔️ Incorrect items received (wrong color, size, or product)
📦 Every product must be returned to our warehouse for inspection before any refund or replacement is issued.
📸 Proof is required (photos, videos, or audio) before initiating the return process.
❌ We Do Not Offer Refunds or Accept Returns For:
🚫 Accidental purchases or late cancellation requests
🚫 Change of mind or disliking the item
🚫 Choosing the wrong size, color, or design for personal preference
🚫 Any issue not verifiable upon return inspection
🕐 Order Cancellation Window
Customers have 1 hour after purchase to cancel an order.

📦 Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
📦 Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
✔️ Products must be in original packaging
✔️ Be unused and in like-new condition (no visible wear or missing parts)
✔️ Be securely repackaged if opened
Our warehouse will verify:

The issue matches the claim

All pieces are included

Packaging is intact
Refunds may be denied or partially issued if any condition is not met.
🔄 Wrong Item Received / Exchanges
If you received the wrong product:
1️⃣ Email customdeskcreation@gmail.com with:

A photo of the incorrect item

A photo of the shipping label
2️⃣ Once we verify the error, we will send you a free prepaid return label.
3️⃣ After we receive and inspect the return, we will:
✔️ Ship the correct item (if in stock), or
✔️ Issue a full refund (if the correct product is unavailable)
🆓 Free Return Shipping for Verified Issues
As of August 2025, we now cover the cost of return shipping for products with verified issues.
We will email you a prepaid return label if your request meets the following conditions:

Your claim is for a defective, missing part, or incorrect item

Proof is provided before shipment

You return the product for inspection
📦 Return required: All claims must be verified through warehouse inspection before any refund or replacement is processed.
We no longer require customers to purchase their own return labels for these cases.
🔧 1-Year Warranty & Repair Inquiries
We offer a 1-Year Warranty for verified manufacturer defects.

📅 Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
If your case requires return shipping, we allow additional time for the return and inspection process.
⏱️ Refund Processing
✔️ Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after return and inspection
✔️ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
✔️ For delays beyond 10 business days, please contact us
🌎 International Orders
As of July 2024, we do not accept returns for international orders due to high shipping costs. This may change as we expand globally.
